Our general rule is this:
If whatever person you're watching/listening doesn't at least pretend like they care about you as an investor, they can't back up their information with at least some researched data of some kind other than "#LFG!!!" or "to the moon!!" or "Russ We Trust" or whatever, and they're overly positive without calling out ANY obvious negatives, that's what we (Basic Cryptonomics) consider a true #shiller.
