[00:00:00] Out of Cycle. Now I'm not implying anything and I'm not making a statement of definitive facts. So don't come at me making accusations and certain people might be listening to the show
[00:00:30] at CryptoTalk.fm that have an opinion about what I stated, but again, I've not stated anything yet. My name is Leicester. I'm your host today. I'm doing an Out of Cycle update because there are people, it turns out that the consensus has lost a little bit of its steam. Some people actually come to channels like mine to just get basic information. I've had people chime in and say, you know, you're the only one that's like right neutral. You're right in the middle and you're fair with everything you say because I am.
[00:01:00] And hopefully I'm naively optimistic that some of you that's listening will hear what I'm saying and then you will go and check out the AMA yourself. And I hope it clicks. When I say kids in a candy store, I hope it clicks. When I say I don't see scam, I see somebody who's just, they think they could just throw a bunch of shit and hope it sticks. I hope that the recent AMA reinforces what Leicester told you to be the truth. And you kind of resonate this.
[00:01:29] There are people that are still frustrated and angry. I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't be. I'm not suggesting you shouldn't be angry. I'm suggesting if you listen to the man speak, you don't know I'm talking about. I'm talking about BlockDAG Not going to say the full name. You know who I'm talking to. Did an AMA, the most recent AMA. And he was just him because Nick was allegedly fired. Some people said he quit. I don't know what the truth is. I'm saying allegedly he was fired.
[00:01:58] Some said he quit. Allegedly, somebody stopped by the channel and said that Nick was apparently partnered up with Jeremy and allegedly, and I'm assuming this is his free land garbage, whatever that is. And allegedly they're working on decentralization. I'm going to be doing something in depth tomorrow about decentralization. So that's not for today. Today is simply to provide the update about the AMA. He actually did actually go into the chat. Unlike Nick, he actually go into, he did go into the chat.
[00:02:26] He did address certain other questions, but as I said, crypto clash, that's the suck host doesn't know. I know he was lady wasn't there as a different dude. He didn't know what he was doing. It's a terrible platform, horrible, but to his credit did make an attempt to go through and answer at least some of the questions that were going around. I got the sense in my mind, he thinks he's working on something and he believes he's doing something and all the stuff that he's putting out there. He tried to address things.
[00:02:55] I get the sense that he is one of those where he's okay. This was screwed up. That was screwed up. That was screwed up. So we're changing course, correctly, which if you go back to my historicals, you'll understand that that's what Leicester told you was likely. The truth is that kid in a candy store trying a bunch of shit and hoping something sticks. That's the message I got. That's the translation I got. That's what I heard. You might hear something different and you might feel, you know what? Screw that. Okay. On this one, he said there's going to allegedly be a refund.
[00:03:24] He said on the call, a hundred percent refund, but then he slipped in after the fact, roughly half of it's going to be taken for quote marketing. So the email says 50% of it, but he said anybody that bought in from back in January, 2024, they would open up the ability to do a refund. Now, how's that different than the buyback? I have no fucking clue. So now we get interesting, right? Because allegedly there's a buyback. Then there's this alleged refund. So there's this alleged. He said, if you're butter, you don't want to be in it. We don't want you here.
[00:03:54] That's that's reasonable, right? If you don't want to be, this is what I said, but I said that months ago. I said that in December, I said, let them sell, right? Let them get out, let them sell. And it's easy. I think he's over complicating what's otherwise simple. And I think I know why he's doing it. And I'll save that for a different episode. Suffice it. I said, just get on the fucking decentralized, get on Uniswap, let people sell. That's it. That's all you got to do. It's easy. If they're going to sell, they're going to sell. Let them do that. Why not?
[00:04:23] The shit, the price is already in the crapper. So why do a refund process when you could just let them sell off the thing? I suspect at a high level, it's because he wants some of that money, right? To retain. But if you sell the coins, what does it really matter? If he's trying to preserve the price, selling actually can help the price. If it's open market, this is what I talked about on my free market episode. Selling can help the price. If it's open market, because there is still a bottom, there's a floor, and there may be people that want to eat it up. I'll tell you straight up.
[00:04:53] I'll tell you straight up. Given how I understand now his price target half a cent. Okay. At half a cent in my mind, this is me. Only me. In my mind, that means you got to have a pretty fair amount of coins in order to be a millionaire. Okay. Now let's assume that whatever he says he's doing turns out to be something. Let's assume he can drop one zero. That's still a substantial gain. If you hold enough, that's assuming he could even do it. I don't think he can, but let's say he does.
[00:05:22] He talked about hiring some people from other exchanges. He talked about a guy from Cardano on one of my very older episodes. I gave a coverage talking about there's a news article that claimed that they were going to poach somebody from Cardano. This is before Turner was announced. He said it's going to be somebody from Cardano and somebody from Solana, whether it is or not. I have no idea. He said there's going to be a CFO, whether there is or not. I have no idea. The point is that he seemed like he was trying to communicate that they're trying to form up and change some things.
[00:05:51] I don't know if it is going to, I have no idea. The last thing I'll share. He keeps saying that the reason for no additional exchanges is because the consensus is allegedly contacting the exchanges and telling them not to list the coin. I don't know if that's true or not, but if it is true, I would encourage some people to be thinking about it. If you want more exchanges and that's your primary motivation is getting more exchanges and you don't see it happening.
[00:06:18] I would encourage you to then speak to the consensus, ask them the question and see if they are the ones responsible for blocking the exchanges because they're effectively the ones blocking you from getting your money. If that's true, I don't know it is. I'm telling you, if it's true, you need to talk to those people and ask them, confront them, ask them the question. Are they the ones blocking you from getting it on exchanges? I have no idea. BitMart shut down. It shut down. They didn't delist the coin. They're delisting themselves. Ascend X shut down.
[00:06:48] BTC basically suspended it full stop. I don't know what the fuck's going on there. I have no idea. Libero Bank. They're on the way out. I guarantee you, but they suspended it. If exchanges is your motivation and it's true what he said, and I don't know what it is, you should confront the consensus and ask the question to figure that out. If miners is your priority, he claimed miners are still coming. He didn't really answer why they have taken so damn long. He answered that. He said millions of dollars. Money is not a delay. If anything, money is a motivator.
[00:07:17] So I don't really believe him on that stance. I think what happened, I think what happened with the miners is they tried to get the miners done a very specific way that didn't work. That's what I think happened. Then they turned it into a guess work, which by the way, it is. They turned it into a guess work. All of a sudden they can make the damn thing work because it's a guess work instead of some crazy convoluted Frankenstein of a thing. I don't know for sure. I'm saying, I think they tried to do it on their Frankenstein, whatever the fuck, and it failed miserably.
[00:07:45] And then they fell back to what's essentially a guess work. And all of a sudden they can get stuff to work. Then I heard rumors that allegedly there's community members that are trying to create an independent chain off the side, presumably the same chain idea. I don't know that for sure, but in competition to what is doing with the main block, I have no idea if this is true. I'm sharing what people said.
[00:08:07] If you have questions about it, try to track down this so-called quote free land somewhere on community or a coin market cap or somewhere else and ask the question there. I'm simply sharing what people are saying. I don't know any validity, so I'm not going to tell a scam and will not. So in summary, I don't know what to think about the this AMA other than the fact he did a better job than Nick ever has done. Number one. Number two, he seemed to be very specific. He talked about TPSs. He talked about RPCs.
[00:08:37] He talked about nodes. He talked about miners. He talked about long game. He talked about all encompassing super app and all these different tools and utilities. He talked transparently in my mind about the exchanges and the fact that they're trying to get on exchanges. But the consensus allegedly is blocking them from doing so. I got the sense. I didn't get the sense that he was trying to withhold. I'd say 95% of his messaging, 95% of his messages. I think it was just straight up. How much of it is legit? Don't know.
[00:09:06] But I got the sense huge damn sure more transparent than Nick. So I had to take him on face on that one. As far as the other 5%, it seemed like he was very heavy on the casino. I think the beef people have at the casino is number one. It's not what they signed up for. Number two, we're talking about $200 million of things that it gained, but none of that's flowing back into the project. And he never talked about buyback and burn. He never talked about things that would actively directly benefit the project.
[00:09:32] One of those, as I said, is getting on the decentralized exchanges, getting it to where people can freely buy and sell and trade the shit without the limitations that they're imposing. He can get on you to swap if he actually put the effort in doing so. I don't know why he doesn't want to other than trying to lock into the ecosystem. I can't think of any other reason. Can't think of any other answer. There you have it. Check it out on that fricking terrible crypto clash on Binance with to hear what he has to say. Now that Nick is allegedly out of the way that rhymes.
